|  |  | | Formed in 1994 Brittain Estates were initially involved in Commercial Development schemes in the Midlands and the North West. Operating out of offices in Edgbaston, Birmingham their early projects were stand alone food stores for the likes of Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi etc. Working either solely or in partnership with other developers Brittain Estates then progressed in the late 90's to become involved in mixed schemes with both commercial and residential elements. They relocated from Edgbaston the rural Worcestershire in 2005 where they still remain.
